About This Position

Licensed Esthetician – Radical WellSpa

Radical WellSpa is a modern medspa in Franklin focused on whole-body rejuvenation and holistic wellness. We’re looking for a licensed esthetician to join our team and provide exceptional skincare services in a clean, supportive, and client-focused environment.

Our services include customized facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, and chemical peels, and advanced treatments using BTL technologies: Emface, Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, and Exion. We also offer WellSpa memberships with access to our PEMF mat, infrared sauna, ozonated cold plunge, and soundbed lounge. Additionally, we provide Summus laser treatments, IV Fusions, and more!

What You Bring:

Active Tennessee esthetics license
Friendly, professional, and passionate about holistic skincare
Ability to deliver high-quality treatments and recommend products/services
Willingness to learn new modalities and work some later afternoons and Saturdays
Certification in microneedling is a plus, but not required
