We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing is preferred
• Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
• Active LPN license in Virginia
• Valid driver’s license
