Status: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem

Pay Range: LPN $25.00 - $29.00 (+$2.00/hour evening shift differential, +$3.00/hour on weekends)

Shift: Day, Evening- All candidates must be willing to work rotating weekends and rotating holidays

Position Requirements: 1 year of elder care or direct care experience is preferred but not required. NYS Nursing Licensure (LPN) required.

RPH is looking for LPN candidates who are passionate about caring for elders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Medication monitoring and administration, acting as clinical lead to staff, case management, care planning and oversight, personal care assistance as needed, meal planning and enrichment recreation as needed.
