Position Description:

What Youll Do

Assist in assessing and collecting data on patients physical, psychological, and social needs Contribute to individualized treatment planning and individuals served education alongside RNs and healthcare staff Administer medications safely and accurately, following established procedures Perform diagnostic tasks, such as obtaining lab specimens and conducting EKGs Monitor and document controlled substances, syringes, and sharps each shift Respond effectively to codes and health emergencies using established protocols Support therapeutic diet plans and nutritional needs as directed by healthcare practitioners What Were Looking For

Education

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (required) Experience

At least 1 year of clinical experience (required) Licenses/Certifications
