Performs and provides secretarial, clinical and administrative support services.

Maintains workplace in orderly, clean manner.

Assist new team members with orientation to the department, scheduling of team, daily payroll entry, answering phone calls, orders supplies and all other duties as assigned per leadership• Performs administrative support services.

Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and complete duties within allotted time.

Demonstrates satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors and visitors.

Stores Supplies and equipment in proper places when not in use.

Works indoors in an office/clinic setting
