Key Responsibilities:

• Educate union members and their families about the importance of life insurance and available benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with union members and leadership.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide exceptional service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Build and manage a sales team.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Must hold a professional license in Life and Health, or be willing to obtain your license upon hiring.
