POSITION SUMMARY: The CBO Insurance Pre-Certification Specialist works in the Central Billing Office for the CPH Owned Physician Clinics and is responsible for the pre-certification of assigned services, may include pre-certification with commercial payors for surgeries, advanced imaging, nuclear medicine, therapy, in-office procedures or other services that require pre-certification. Also, may include obtaining authorizations from Veterans Affairs for all services rendered by the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in a medical office - registration, billing, or insurance verification experience.

Starting pay is $21.93/hr - $25.06/hr DOE.
