The Happy Pack Dog Corporation is a locally owned and operated franchise of Hounds Town USA, a nationally recognized interactive dog daycare and boarding brand. While were part of a respected national franchise, you won’t be working for a big corporation, you’ll be joining a small business team that values your work and loves dogs as much as you do.
We opened our doors in 2025 to bring fully interactive, structured pack play to our local dog-loving community. Our team is guided by the following values: Accountability, Responsibility, Family, Safety, Win or Learn, Teamwork and Customer Service.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated K9 Attendant to join our pack! In this role, you’ll supervise and care for dogs of all sizes in an off-leash, interactive group setting. You’ll help ensure every dog has a safe and fun experience, assist with cleaning, customer service, and be a vital part of a hardworking and dog-loving team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and interact with dogs in fully interactive group play
Maintain a clean and safe environment inside kennels and play areas
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and grooming appointments
Administer medications as directed by owners
Provide plenty of love, attention, and enrichment to our furry guests
Support daily operations of the facility
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Have reliable transportation
Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, 15/30 hrs week.
Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to clean up after dogs all day (you know what we mean)
Must have a genuine love for dogs and interest in animal care
