Warehouse Lead Night Shift in Cartago at ICIMS - Lutron Electronics Company, Inc

Lutron has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Lead – Night Shift (10 PM - 6 AM) in our facility in Cartago. Join a world leading, growing and innovative company right here in Costa Rica.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and leading daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient material flow from receiving to timely supply to production lines. This role is key to maintaining operational continuity, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Lead daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift.
• Ensure proper execution of receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch processes.
• Guarantee timely material supply to production.
• Supervise warehouse operators (materials handlers).
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Execute cycle counts and inventory control.
• Report and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality.
• Maintain warehouse organization and 5S standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma ( or equivalent), with continuous professional development in warehouse and operations management
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Free trade zone experience is preferred.
• English communication skills are preferred
