We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Indiana to join our fully remote psychiatry team. This role involves providing virtual psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management while collaborating with a physician as required by Indiana law to ensure safe, compliant, and patient-centered care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide medication management

• Prescribe medications in collaboration with a physician in accordance with Indiana regulations

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care

• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and coping strategies

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Indiana state requirements

• Stay current with best practices in psychiatric care and telehealth delivery
  
  

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner specialization

• Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license (required)

• PMHNP certification (required)

• Ability to practice under a Collaborative Practice Agreement for prescriptive authority, as required by Indiana law

• Experience in psychiatric or mental health care, including medication management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for virtual care

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
