Lead Line Cook in Rowley, Massachusetts at North Shore Cantina Inc

We are seeking an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background on all hot line stations, with a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set-up for all dishes
• Monitor food levels and replenish as needed

• Previous experience working in a full service restaurant
• Familiarity with catering is a plus
• Strong understanding of food service procedures and standards
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
• Proficient in food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control
• Experience in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
