Anesthesia Assistant in El Paso, Texas at University Medical Center of El Paso

Job Description:

Provides assistance in setting up and maintaining anesthesia equipment and supplies. Assists Perioperative Environmental Service Associates in maintaining a clean environment in the Perioperative Service area.

Required Skills:

1. Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
2. Ability to use judgment in problem solving.
3. Knowledge of supplies and equipment used in anesthesia procedures.
4. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
5. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.

Required Experience:

A. Work Experience:
One year of peroperative experience required.

B. Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
