Client Experience Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Experience Specialist based in the United States.

This role is central to delivering outstanding client support within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment serving legal professionals.
You will act as a key point of contact, guiding clients through digital workflows and ensuring seamless use of an advanced legal services platform.
The position combines problem-solving, client advocacy, and platform education to ensure every user interaction is smooth, efficient, and supportive.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate feedback, improve processes, and enhance the overall client journey.

Accountabilities:
  • Support clients by guiding them through platform features and ensuring successful completion of legal service workflows.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client records and interactions within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Resolve client inquiries through effective communication, active listening, and efficient problem-solving techniques.
  • Advocate for client needs by collecting feedback and communicating insights to internal product and operations teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to meet service goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and support training efforts to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements in tools, workflows, and client support strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, contact center, or client-facing service roles.
  • Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments, preferably within legal or professional services industries.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Experience using telephonic support tools (DialPad or similar platforms preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
  • Basic understanding of legal or litigation support processes is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; additional education or equivalent experience valued.
