This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the Americas and Global Partner & Alliance organization. You will serve as a strategic connector between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, ensuring consistent execution of go-to-market priorities and scalable operational frameworks. The role blends strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, performance visibility, and process rigor. You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize territory and capacity planning, and strengthen deal governance. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as a key member of the Go-To-Market leadership team, shaping strategy and execution for the Global Partner & Alliance organization and the Americas region through data-driven insights.
  • Own and evolve operational frameworks, reporting systems, and performance tracking mechanisms to measure partner success and scale alliance activity across regions.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Experience to ensure alignment and operational efficiency across GTM initiatives.
  • Support regional leadership in forecasting, pricing, deal structure, incentive design, and execution of sales planning activities.
  • Lead sales operations support including territory design, capacity planning, headcount modeling, pipeline management, and CRM governance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to generate actionable insights that improve productivity, predictability, and revenue growth.
  • Drive adoption of tools, processes, and GTM changes across the region while ensuring data integrity and operational consistency.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS environments within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or client-facing roles, with direct exposure to Sales Leadership.
  • Strong background in designing and managing scalable sales operations processes, including forecasting, territory planning, and performance analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity, analysis, and communication.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities, operational execution, and revenue impact.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus (up to 15% of annual base salary)
  • Remote-first work model with flexibility across the United States
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans from day one
  • 401(k) with company match and strong financial wellness support
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, sick leave, wellness days, and volunteer days
  • Paid parental leave and caregiver support programs
  • Wellness and mental health resources, including app subscriptions and employee assistance programs
  • Home office stipend and additional equipment support for remote work
  • Career development, tuition assistance, and learning opportunities
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture with strong cross-functional exposure and global impact
