- Lead and manage multiple software development teams, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to developers, team leads, and engineering professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Drive Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality releases aligned with product roadmaps, operational priorities, and business objectives.
- Guide teams on application architecture, system design, integration patterns, and modern software development best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, product leaders, and operational teams to maintain technical consistency across platforms.
- Support the alignment of software solutions with healthcare industry requirements, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle management workflows.
- Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and strategic recommendations effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee resource planning, team capacity management, and staffing alignment to support organizational goals and delivery commitments.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across development teams and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, engineering, or related technical roles.
- At least 3 years of experience managing multiple software development teams and leading technical professionals.
- Strong understanding of modern application development, APIs, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Experience working with healthcare technology platforms, healthcare systems, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle processes, and delivery management frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused discussions for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, and operational reliability.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SMS, VOIP, telephony technologies, or related communication platforms is considered a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
