This role is designed for an experienced real estate professional who can bring deep, hands-on knowledge of property management, leasing operations, and tenant services into AI-driven evaluation and content creation projects. You will help shape realistic, India-specific real estate and hospitality scenarios that reflect day-to-day operational challenges across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. The work directly contributes to improving how AI systems understand leasing workflows, customer interactions, and property operations in real-world contexts. Operating in a flexible, contractor-based setup, you will collaborate with global teams to build high-quality benchmarking datasets and gold-standard responses. You will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and refining realistic real estate and property management scenarios, ensuring they reflect authentic operational workflows and customer service situations in the Indian market. Your expertise will help validate AI outputs and ensure accuracy, clarity, and industry alignment.

• Design realistic real estate, leasing, and property management scenarios in English or Telugu based on Indian market contexts
• Adapt structured evaluation frameworks for customer service, leasing, sales, and operational workflows
• Review AI-generated and human-generated responses for accuracy, realism, and compliance with industry practices
• Contribute to high-quality benchmark solutions reflecting best practices in property operations, tenant relations, and facility management
• Ensure content quality across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use property environments
• Support the development of datasets that improve AI understanding of real estate workflows and customer interactions

This role requires strong domain expertise in real estate, property management, leasing, or related hospitality and customer-facing operational environments, along with the ability to translate real-world experience into structured, high-quality content.

• 5+ years of professional experience in real estate, property management, leasing, or related service operations
• Native or fluent proficiency in Telugu with strong professional English communication skills
• Background in roles such as leasing operations, real estate brokerage, property management, tenant relations, or facilities coordination
• Strong understanding of Indian real estate ecosystems, leasing workflows, and customer service processes
• Ability to evaluate operational scenarios with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate real-world practices into structured evaluations
• Experience in hospitality or community management is a plus
