This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in United States.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of a modern SaaS platform spanning both front-end and back-end systems. You will work in a highly regulated environment where quality, security, and scalability are essential to every release. The position involves building robust solutions using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and related technologies within cloud-native architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features across the full software lifecycle, from design through deployment. A strong focus is placed on automation, continuous delivery, and engineering best practices. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and improving overall technical maturity across the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable SaaS applications while ensuring high-quality delivery in a regulated environment. You will contribute to the full software lifecycle and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack SaaS applications using modern engineering practices
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines while driving automation, continuous integration, and delivery improvements
- Participate in architecture discussions including domain-driven and event-driven design approaches
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high engineering standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate releases and ensure minimal impact on business processes
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote technical growth across the team
- Support documentation and compliance requirements in a regulated development environment
The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-stack development within SaaS or regulated environments and is comfortable working in agile, distributed teams. You bring deep technical expertise combined with a collaborative mindset and a focus on engineering excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or regulated software development environments
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Agile workflows, and ALM systems such as Jira and Git/GitLab
- Understanding of domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and reactive programming
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, biomedical, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with BDD and SAFe environments is a plus
