  • Participate in client meetings, internal project discussions, sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior project leaders to strengthen project management processes and delivery frameworks.
  • Assist with proposal development, project planning, and preparation for upcoming client engagements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organized and motivated early-career professional who can thrive in a technical, client-facing environment. You should have strong communication skills, curiosity for technology, and the ability to bring structure to complex projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in a technical, engineering, or project environment, including internships or academic projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering workflows, Agile methodologies, Git, cloud services, or project management tools.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Comfortable using AI-based tools to improve productivity and workflows.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base compensation of approximately CAD $100,000 annually, depending on experience.

  • Fully remote work environment for candidates based in Canada.
  • Employer RRSP matching contribution of 4% of annual income.
  • Extended healthcare, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Monthly cell and internet stipend of $150 USD.
  • Annual home office equipment stipend of $600 USD.
  • Continuing education support of $2,500 USD per year after one year.
  • Company-provided MacBook Pro and necessary work equipment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and ownership of meaningful technology projects.
  • Potential travel opportunities of up to 10% depending on client needs.
