About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced accounts Payable Officer that can also turn their hand to general administration work. This is a role based out of our Christchurch Office in Hornby, working as a key member of our financial administration team.
About You:
You will be someone who enjoys building relationships; a skill which will be well-utilised as you will be working with our suppliers and staff around the network. Your high level of attention to detail will also ensure your success in this role. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude.
To be successful in the role you will possess:
- High volume invoice processing experience
- Domestic and foreign currency payment experience
- A high degree of computer literacy
- Good attention to detail
- A strong time management focus and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to integrate well with a busy team
- Excellent customer services skills
- Preferably 2 years' experience in AP
