Summary

The Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator assists with the daily operations of the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives, inspects and assembles all equipment; reports any defected equipment
  • Fills orders for supplies and equipment as approved
  • Prepares supplies and equipment for delivery
  • Completes daily inventory reports and submits to management
  • Tracks all equipment in inventory system
  • Follows inventory control measures through min/max process
  • Maintains the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Ensures that all paperwork is properly executed
  • Assists with loading for disbursement
  • Delivers and services products as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Full range of body motion, including handling and lifting up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination under a variety of conditions
  • Vision and hearing corrected within normal range
  • Standing and walking for extensive periods of times
  • Possible exposure to medicinal preparations, communicable diseases and body fluids
