PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – Traverse City, MI

Location: Traverse City, MI
Job Type: PRN / Per Diem

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients improve independence, functional mobility, and performance of daily living activities.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and functional skill development
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising OT
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals
• Follow all applicable clinical and regulatory standards

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Michigan COTA/OTA license
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
