Job Description
We already run an AI tool that scrapes TikTok and Instagram every week and pulls a raw list of Philippine creators who might fit BukuPay. Your job starts where the tool stops. You check each name with a human eye, reach out to the good ones, handle the back-and-forth, and walk the ones who say yes through setup. You report to Justine and you own the pipeline day to day.
BukuPay is a QR Soundbox that says every payment out loud, so a merchant never has to check a phone or fall for a fake receipt. In the Philippines it is built for sari-sari stores, carinderias, and market vendors. The creators who sell it best are small business owners themselves, so the accounts you want belong to people who actually run a shop. #NegosyoMadeEasy.
Must-HaveBased in Manila and able to work on-site.
Fluent in Tagalog and English, and comfortable messaging creators all day.
Genuinely into TikTok and Instagram — can tell a real small-business creator from a lifestyle account.
Organised and reliable — keeps a tracker current without being chased.
Comfortable with AI tools or quick to pick them up — used daily.
Any experience reaching out to creators, influencers, or customers (community, sales, and campus orgs all count).
Firsthand knowledge of the sari-sari, carinderia, and palengke world.
Studying marketing, communications, or business.
The shortlist: Take the raw creator list the sourcing tool pulls each week and check every profile by hand (right audience, real engagement, right kind of shop). Cut the misses.
Outreach: Message every shortlisted creator on TikTok and Instagram, explain BukuPay, answer their questions, and get to a yes.
Onboarding hand-off: Walk the creators who agree through setup so they're ready to post and sell.
The tracker: Keep the pipeline clean and current so anyone can see who's contacted, who replied, and who's live.
