About the Role:

Our client, a highly respected leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the strategic vision, integrated marketing plans, and brand growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary marketing functions.

The Marketing Manager will oversee communication, category, digital, and loyalty strategies to ensure cohesive brand positioning and strong business performance. This position requires a balance of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on execution to support long‑term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the marketing team, establishing clear goals and fostering collaboration.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across communication, category, digital, and loyalty.

• Build annual operating plans and manage marketing budgets.

• Evaluate and manage business partnerships and strategic alliances.

• Ensure brand clarity, consistency, and market relevance across all initiatives.

• Oversee creative briefing, concept evaluation, and final execution of marketing communication.

• Track performance metrics and report results to leadership.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.

• Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration.

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in brand, communication, and category management.

• Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods or Quick Service Restaurants industry.

• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and multi‑year projects.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and creative problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Ability to collaborate, influence, and resolve issues effectively.
