Non-CDL DOT Box Truck Driver in Capitol Heights, Maryland at U S Refuse Removal Inc

U.S. Refuse Removal, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hardworking Non-CDL DOT Box Truck Driver to join our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and wants an opportunity to grow within a fast-growing waste and recycling company.

Service Area: This position will primarily operate throughout Charles County and St. Mary's County, Maryland, providing support to residential customers across both service areas.

Position Responsibilities -
-Deliver new trash and recycling toters to customers.
-Perform cart swaps, repairs, and take-away services.
-Complete missed pickup recoveries as assigned.
-Safely operate a DOT-regulated box truck throughout Charles County and St. Mary's County.
-Assist with route support and fill in on residential trash routes when needed.
-Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
-Maintain accurate service records using company software.
-Provide professional and courteous customer service.
-Keep the truck clean, organized, and in good working condition.
-Work safely while following all DOT and company policies.

Qualifications
-Valid driver's license (Non-CDL).
-Must meet DOT medical requirements and maintain a current DOT Medical Card (or be able to obtain one).
-Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
-Ability to safely operate a DOT-regulated box truck.
-Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
-Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
-Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
-Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
-Must be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.
