We are seeking an experienced Power Integrity Engineer to drive the development of advanced power delivery solutions for next-generation data center infrastructure.
This role focuses on designing, simulating, validating, and improving high-performance power systems supporting the rapidly evolving digital connectivity landscape.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex electrical challenges and deliver innovative products at scale.

The Power Integrity Staff R&D/Product Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, validating, and advancing power integrity solutions for complex data communication and data center applications. The role requires strong technical ownership, engineering expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Design, simulate, validate, and characterize power conversion and power delivery systems for large-scale data center infrastructure.
- Develop innovative power distribution products including cables, connectors, and bus bars for high-voltage and high-current server rack applications.
- Create simulation models and execute detailed simulation studies to evaluate electrical performance.
- Correlate simulation results with laboratory measurements to validate designs and improve product reliability.
- Perform AC response, parasitic, impedance, and electrical performance measurements using advanced test equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical challenges through hands-on testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to define, source, and validate new designs and technologies.
- Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, and engineering analysis to support product development.
- Lead high-impact development projects and coordinate technical activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Work closely with customers and industry partners to understand requirements and align engineering solutions with market needs.
- Drive continuous improvement of power integrity methodologies, tools, and development processes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced electrical engineering professional with strong expertise in power integrity, simulation, and product development. Success in this role requires advanced technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent technical experience.
- 8–10 years of electrical engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on power conversion and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI) design principles.
- Experience designing and manufacturing power products for complex applications.
- Proficiency with electrical simulation and design tools such as Spice, Allegro, PowerDC, and Ansys Q3D.
- Knowledge of voltage converter architectures and power delivery systems.
- Familiarity with high-voltage and three-phase electrical systems is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using laboratory equipment including network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and related measurement tools.
- Ability to analyze eye diagrams, electrical waveforms, and system performance data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a distributed engineering environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, industry experts, and internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
- Competitive base salary range of $143,000–$215,000 depending on experience and location.
