- Lead the complete product development lifecycle, transforming concepts and research into stable, scalable, and commercially successful software solutions.
- Design and implement core platform capabilities across multiple technologies while maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Establish technical direction, architecture standards, and engineering practices that support long-term product growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and technical stakeholders to make strategic technology decisions and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Navigate ambiguity effectively by defining priorities, solving complex problems, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a senior engineering professional with a strong individual contributor background, proven leadership experience, and expertise in building complex software products from concept through production.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong history of hands-on technical contribution.
- Proven expertise in multi-agent pathfinding and routing algorithms within 2D or 3D spatial environments.
- Strong knowledge of OCR applications, computer vision, and real-world document processing use cases is highly desirable.
- Strong academic or professional foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrated experience taking commercial software products from initial concepts to stable production releases.
- Advanced C# development skills combined with strong architectural and system design capabilities.
- Ability to balance engineering leadership with hands-on coding and technical problem-solving.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable systems in complex technical environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with executives, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and driving results in a high-growth environment.
