  • Support territory planning activities, account changes, ownership transfers, and quarterly business planning processes.
  • Lead CRM optimization initiatives, including data cleanup, field standardization, account merges, and workflow improvements.
  • Identify repetitive operational challenges and partner with technology teams to automate solutions and improve efficiency.
  • Manage incoming requests from sales teams, identify recurring issues, and prioritize opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operations professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and collaborating with multiple teams in a dynamic business environment.

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset and the ability to identify inconsistencies quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle competing requests, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating through asynchronous communication channels.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data validation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, workflow efficiency, or operational output is a plus.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Sigma, or comparable platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools, ticketing systems, territory management, quota planning, or incentive administration is beneficial.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology-driven organizations is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $88,000–$126,500 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
  • Potential eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Equity opportunities as part of the overall compensation package.
  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
