As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives that support business growth across multiple global regions. Working as an individual contributor, you will partner closely with senior leadership to develop strategic hiring plans, build high-quality talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. - Partner with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with short- and long-term business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical positions, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and successful hiring.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs while ensuring timely delivery against global headcount targets.
- Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies using professional networks, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Reduce dependency on external recruitment agencies by strengthening direct sourcing capabilities and improving internal recruitment processes.
- Leverage recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and hiring analytics to support workforce planning, optimize hiring decisions, and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.
- Monitor talent market trends, competitor activity, and candidate availability across global regions while continuously improving recruitment practices and candidate experience.
- Approximately 8 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years recruiting within the Investment Banking sector.
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple international regions, including APAC, Europe, Australia, and the United States.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning, hiring strategy, capacity planning, and data-driven recruitment initiatives.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referral programs, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Proven ability to scale teams across multiple locations while managing complex hiring priorities.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Willingness to work UK business hours.
