About the Role:

As a Barista in the retail trade industry, you will be the face of our coffee service, delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. Your role is to expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized service that enhances their visit. This position requires balancing efficiency with creativity to craft beverages that meet high-quality standards. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to customer satisfaction, repeat business, and a positive brand reputation across our locations in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions required for beverage preparation.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a barista or in a coffee shop environment.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative approach to beverage presentation and customer engagement as you will need to be creative and help create drinks.
  • Cash handling, cashier experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer specifications.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to support a flexible schedule and meet peak demand periods.
  • Prep food / help behind the lines during busy periods
  • Receive, label and put away all deliveries together
