In this role, you will play a key part in supporting advanced cardiovascular therapies by providing high-level clinical and technical expertise to healthcare professionals. Working closely with medical teams in hospitals and clinics, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes through innovative implantable cardiac technologies. This position combines field-based technical support, training delivery, and relationship management in a highly collaborative healthcare environment. You will interact with multidisciplinary stakeholders while supporting product implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing clinical education. Accountabilities:
  • Provide clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, technicians, and healthcare teams during implantation procedures and patient follow-up activities.
  • Deliver product training and educational sessions on implantable cardiac devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac monitors, and related technologies.
  • Plan and coordinate technical support missions and training activities in alignment with annual strategic objectives and sales priorities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by healthcare professionals or internal teams in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical centers and clinical stakeholders across the assigned territory.
  • Support clinical study activities and participate in the launch of new products and therapeutic solutions.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of field activities, adverse events, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and internal support teams to optimize customer satisfaction and patient care outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific/technical field.
  • Initial professional experience in cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology is required.
  • Strong clinical and technical understanding of implantable cardiac devices and associated procedures.
  • Operational level of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with empathy and the capacity to interact effectively with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with standard IT tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously while working effectively within cross-functional and matrix organizations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the Lyon region.
