This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, consulting, and life sciences domain expertise, focused on transforming complex pharmaceutical data into actionable business insights. You will lead the design and delivery of high-impact Tableau solutions that support commercial operations, sales planning, and strategic decision-making for global pharma clients. Working in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable BI solutions and compelling data narratives. The role blends hands-on technical development with strategic advisory responsibilities, requiring both deep Tableau expertise and strong client-facing communication skills. You will also guide teams, shape BI architecture, and drive data visualization best practices across engagements. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences executive decision-making and commercial performance outcomes.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and data models tailored for pharmaceutical client requirements.
• Architect scalable Tableau environments, including server/cloud setup, performance optimization, and reusable BI components.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective BI and analytics solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops to define KPIs, data frameworks, and storytelling approaches for executive reporting.
• Communicate insights and analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Manage, mentor, and guide BI developers and analysts while enforcing development standards and best practices.
• Establish data governance, QA processes, and documentation standards across BI deliverables.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design data models, ETL pipelines, and ensure reliable source-of-truth datasets.
• Drive adoption of BI tools through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience across Tableau Desktop, Server/Cloud, and Tableau Prep.
• Strong expertise in advanced Tableau capabilities including LOD expressions, table calculations, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience working in the US pharmaceutical domain, particularly in commercial analytics and operations.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client-facing projects in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience guiding BI or analytics teams.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to bridge business questions and technical solutions.
