- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Support cloud-native environments by ensuring high availability, security, performance, and operational reliability across global systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to architect, deploy, and optimize cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues while proactively improving system resilience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automation processes for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, configuration management, and operational workflows.
- Implement and manage secure cloud networking architectures, IAM policies, and resource governance best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and support continuous delivery initiatives using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation related to infrastructure architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, performance optimization, scalability, and customer service excellence.
- 5+ years of experience managing Linux/Unix systems, preferably Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure in production environments.
- Strong expertise in AWS architecture, cloud-native services, networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows, including Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms.
- Strong scripting or coding abilities to support automation, deployments, and infrastructure management.
- Experience designing secure cloud environments, including IAM policies, tagging strategies, and hybrid connectivity.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with experience working across distributed global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- AWS certifications, ITIL certification, or experience supporting global infrastructure environments are considered a plus.
- Knowledge of PCI, SOC1, or SOC2 compliance frameworks is advantageous.
