What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities Based on each client's individualized care plan, daily duties typically include:
- Personal & Mobility Care: Assisting with hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, and safe physical transfers.
- Household Management: Performing light housekeeping, preparing dietary-specific meals if needed, and providing transportation for errands or medical appointments.
- Health & Safety: Administering medication reminders (non-clinical), logging daily activities, and promptly reporting any changes in the client's condition.
- Companionship & Support: Fostering meaningful engagement, advocating for client independence, and providing reliable respite for family caregivers.
Current Opening: Part-Time Morning Shift (14 Hours/Week)
- Monday – Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Thursday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Qualifications:
We are seeking compassionate, dependable professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care. Prior experience is a plus, but your character, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most!:
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support.
- Ability to accurately follow written care plans and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and staff.
- Reliable punctuality and a patient, respectful demeanor.

- Holiday Pay: 1.5x standard rate for holiday shifts
