- Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for customer experience and review management platforms.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and market research to guide product improvements and feature prioritization.
- Drive product lifecycle management from ideation and planning through launch and optimization.
- Advocate for customer-centric design and foster a culture of innovation across teams.
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate product goals, progress, and strategic direction clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior-level product management role, preferably within digital platforms or customer-facing products.
- Strong proficiency with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Passion for collaboration, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles is highly desirable.
- Experience in real estate technology, proptech, or customer experience platforms is considered a strong advantage.
