  • Implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable integrations while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Salesforce applications and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including Service Console, CTI integration, and Omni-Channel capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, REST/SOAP APIs, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and AJAX.
  • Experience building integrations with contact center platforms such as TalkDesk, Genesys, RingCentral, Assembled, or similar solutions.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and deployment processes using platforms such as Jenkins, Autorabit, GitHub, Bitbucket, or ANT.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are required; Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, Open CTI, managed packages, caching, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce integration best practices.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gong, Calendly, or related applications is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, conversational AI, or automation tools supporting customer engagement workflows is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently lead technical projects from design through deployment and support.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within India.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce, AI, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact CRM and contact center transformation projects.
  • Collaborative and innovation-focused engineering culture.
  • Career development opportunities in cloud technologies, automation, and enterprise systems.
