This role is designed for an experienced travel professional who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment supporting VIP and executive-level clients, including business leaders and public figures. You will manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements while delivering an exceptional, personalized service experience across evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Working within a global travel services environment, you will leverage advanced booking systems and deep industry knowledge to anticipate client needs and ensure seamless journeys. The position requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining service excellence. You will also play a key role in safeguarding travel integrity by following security protocols and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies. This is a highly collaborative role that values professionalism, precision, and a passion for premium client service.
You will manage end-to-end VIP travel arrangements, ensuring exceptional service quality, compliance, and efficiency while proactively supporting clients with complex and high-value travel needs.
- Arrange and book domestic and international travel across air, rail, car, and accommodation for VIP and corporate clients
- Provide tailored travel solutions by analyzing options and proactively anticipating client needs and preferences
- Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Apollo, or Amadeus to manage reservations and ticketing
- Ensure full compliance with corporate travel policies, supplier regulations, and security protocols
- Deliver high-level customer service through professional communication and responsive support, including handling special requests
- Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized bookings by following established verification and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, provide feedback, and support service excellence
- Resolve travel disruptions, changes, and issues quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard of care
You bring strong experience in corporate travel services, advanced GDS proficiency, and a client-first mindset, with the ability to manage complex itineraries in a high-pressure environment.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting or a similar travel services role
- Expert proficiency in GDS platforms such as Sabre, Apollo, or Amadeus
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel booking processes (air, hotel, car, rail)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional client-facing approach
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues quickly in fast-paced environments
- Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential traveler information responsibly
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and overnight shifts
- Competitive base salary ($46,200 – $85,800 depending on experience and location)
