About the Role

Anchor Innovation is seeking a Senior Curriculum Development Coordinator to assist in the development of training programs supporting unmanned surface vessel (sUSV) operations.

This role is focused on building structured, scalable training that aligns with fleet standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of formal training programs aligned with fleet certification and readiness requirements
  • Design curriculum, courseware, and training pathways for operators and maintainers
  • Align training products with ISIC, TYCOM, and fleet doctrine
  • Develop PQS-aligned training frameworks and evaluation methods
  • Produce training documentation, instructor guides, and course materials
  • Coordinate with operational units, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure relevance
  • Support transition from informal training to structured, repeatable programs

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with curriculum development in a military or maritime environment
  • Experience at the ISIC, TYCOM, or equivalent level
  • Strong understanding of fleet training, certification, and readiness processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior schoolhouse or formal training command experience
  • Experience developing PQS-based training programs
  • Background in unmanned systems or maritime operations
  • Experience aligning training to FRTP or similar frameworks
