AI and Automation Specialist
We are continuously expanding our network of professionals with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate has experience designing and implementing automation solutions, integrating systems and applications, and leveraging AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automation systems
• Implement integrations between business applications, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Develop internal tools, AI assistants, and workflow enhancements to improve productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and reliability
• Maintain clear technical documentation and process documentation
• Stay informed on emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend practical applications

Who You Are:

• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI platforms and large language model tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent technologies
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or intelligent workflows
• Understanding of databases, CRM systems, and SaaS platforms
• Experience in operations, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
