Assembly Operator in Clinton, Tennessee at SL Tennessee

• • Performs tasks assigned by TL/SV in order to satisfy Customer requirements and meet Company goals.

1) Perform daily checks to ensure product compliance
2) Complete daily documentation including check sheets for lines, 5s check sheet, hour by hour format
3) Knowledge of and compliance quality escalation policy
4) 5s as defined by team leader
5) Perform assembly of product at process takt time
6) Performs assembly of product according to process work instructions
7) Team player, helps to create and keep positive environment
8) Capable of learning multiple processes and performing at takt time
9) Performs start up activities such as rabbits, glue weight, weld checks, etc.
10) Performs other activities as requested by TL/SV
11) Follows all company policies and procedures related to employee conduct
12) Understand and follow all company safety policies and procedures
13) Participate in continuous improvement activities

Work Experience

• Manufacturing experience, preferably automotive

Education

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Good oral and written communication skills
