Role Overview

In this outpatient role, you will provide high-quality, accessible mental healthcare to individuals across the lifespan (ages 10 to 110). You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to destigmatizing mental health and making a tangible, positive impact in the Cheyenne community every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessments & Treatment: Complete thorough clinical evaluations, Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state standards and company protocols.

• Caseload Management: Maintain a manageable full-time clinical load (minimum target of 25 completed client visits per week).

• Evidence-Based & Creative Interventions: Utilize creative, client-centered therapeutic modalities to empower clients in reaching their personal goals.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, families, school personnel, and community resources to deliver holistic support.

• Team Participation: Engage actively in peer supervision, clinical staff meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited university.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted clinical license in the State of Wyoming (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAT, or independently licensed equivalent). Provisionally licensed candidates with strong clinical background may also be considered.

• Clinical Expertise: Proven experience conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, crisis evaluations, and electronic documentation. Active insurance paneling is a strong plus.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (experience with Valant or similar systems preferred) and standard office productivity suites (Microsoft 365).

• Core Strengths: Strong communication skills, healthy clinical boundaries, and a genuine passion for serving diverse client populations.
