This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to support core accounting and administrative operations in a fully remote, international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and financial recordkeeping across multiple entities. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day financial operations and support timely payment workflows. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured financial work, values precision, and thrives in a collaborative yet independent working environment. You will also contribute to process improvements and support broader administrative tasks within the finance function.
- Process, review, and record incoming invoices while ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Manage invoice approval workflows and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and payment release.
- Monitor, reconcile, and maintain bank accounts and support accurate cash management activities.
- Execute and track outgoing and incoming payments, ensuring alignment with payment schedules and financial controls.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers to handle inquiries and resolve invoice or payment-related issues.
- Support payroll-related administrative tasks and maintain personnel and financial records where required.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation, ensuring proper filing and audit-ready recordkeeping across systems.
- Assist the finance team with day-to-day administrative and accounting operations across multiple entities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a similar finance-related role.
- Completed commercial training or relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and financial administration workflows.
- Experience working with multiple legal entities is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Gmail.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) is required.
