You will oversee demand generation programs, brand positioning, content development, and market engagement initiatives across multiple channels. You will also lead a high-performing marketing team while managing budget allocation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline objectives

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven allocation of resources and investments
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple functional areas
  • Analyze campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and outcomes
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing with proven leadership experience and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You are both analytical and creative, capable of managing complex marketing programs while influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience in enterprise or government-facing environments is highly valuable.

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success building and executing marketing strategies in enterprise SaaS or complex B2B environments
  • Strong experience in demand generation, lead generation, and marketing automation strategies
  • Solid analytical skills with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance optimization
  • Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong communication and executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience across content marketing, campaign execution, and multi-channel marketing programs
  • Familiarity with government or regulated markets is strongly preferred

  • Competitive base salary range: $180,000–$250,000 (based on experience and location)
  • Remote-first flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration and fully covered travel
  • Comprehensive opportunity to shape and scale marketing strategy at a senior leadership level
  • Exposure to high-impact government and enterprise markets with meaningful mission alignment
