In this role, you will manage high-impact paid media initiatives focused on lead generation, appointment booking, and client growth. You’ll act as both strategist and operator, working closely with clients while optimizing campaigns across the full funnel. The position offers a high level of autonomy, direct visibility into campaign performance, and the chance to shape scalable acquisition strategies. You’ll collaborate with creative and operational teams while leveraging AI-powered tools and advanced paid social techniques to maximize results. - Manage a portfolio of paid media accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact for clients
- Lead bi-weekly performance meetings, communicate campaign insights, and align stakeholders on growth initiatives
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment scheduling
- Monitor campaign metrics daily and implement optimization strategies to improve CPA, conversion rates, and overall ROI
- Develop compelling ad copy, hooks, messaging frameworks, and video sales letter concepts tailored to target audiences
- Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to test and scale high-performing creative assets
- Configure and maintain tracking systems, conversion events, marketing automations, and lead routing workflows
- Troubleshoot campaign, technical, and integration issues while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Use AI-enabled tools to enhance campaign execution, copywriting efficiency, and performance analysis
- 5+ years of experience in paid media and digital demand generation, with deep expertise in Meta advertising
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong retention and performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, appointment-setting campaigns, and performance marketing principles
- Advanced copywriting and messaging skills, particularly for direct response and conversion-focused campaigns
- Experience with conversion tracking, Meta pixels, marketing automation tools, and CRM/workflow integrations
- Familiarity with high-ticket sales funnels, VSL methodologies, or financial services marketing is highly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights clearly to clients
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
