You will lead end-to-end delivery of sophisticated medical technology implementation projects spanning hardware, software, and integrated clinical systems across single or multi-site deployments. The position requires close collaboration with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from planning through installation and post-deployment support. You will operate in a high-visibility setting, managing strategic, multi-regional programs that directly influence clinical workflows and patient care outcomes. You will be responsible for managing complex, high-impact healthcare technology projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with technical, operational, and customer requirements.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex customer implementation projects involving hardware and software systems
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Installation, Clinical, IT, and external partners
- Act as the primary interface for senior and executive-level stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving escalations
- Drive end-to-end project delivery for large-scale or multi-site deployments, including upgrades and infrastructure modernization
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing recovery strategies for critical issues
- Support pre-sales activities including solution validation, feasibility assessments, and project planning inputs
- Oversee resource planning, equipment scheduling, and installation coordination activities
- Monitor and report project progress, ensuring transparency in timelines, forecasts, and delivery milestones
- Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and process enhancement initiatives
- May mentor team members and support project management best practices across teams
This role requires strong project management expertise in complex technical environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in healthcare technology, medical devices, or complex enterprise systems
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-complexity projects end-to-end
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level customers
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and escalation handling capabilities
- Ability to interpret technical requirements across hardware, software, and integrated systems
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and PM standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated, and high-accountability environments
- Experience contributing to process improvements, documentation, or knowledge management practices is a plus
