This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape long-term partner success within a fast-growing SaaS environment focused on recurring revenue retention and operational excellence. You will play a central role in managing strategic partner relationships, protecting recurring revenue streams, and ensuring strong adoption and value realization across the partner ecosystem. Working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, and operations teams, you’ll help drive structured renewal processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and proactively mitigate churn risks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven, collaborative environments and enjoys building trusted advisor relationships with partners. The role is fully remote within the United States and offers strong growth potential within a high-performing organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full renewal lifecycle for partner-managed recurring revenue accounts, ensuring timely renewals and strong retention outcomes.
  • Lead structured renewal planning processes, including forecasting, governance, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Develop and maintain partner health scoring frameworks to proactively identify adoption gaps, churn risks, and opportunities for improved engagement.
  • Drive partner adoption and value realization initiatives by aligning success strategies with business objectives and operational goals.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain consistent communication with partner stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers and Partner Enablement teams to align on renewals, pricing considerations, and escalation management.
  • Support legacy contract transitions and contribute to operational improvements that strengthen partner retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and reporting metrics to support data-driven decision-making and revenue predictability.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles within SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong expertise in renewals management, recurring revenue retention strategies, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience working within partner channel ecosystems and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a process-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate churn risks while driving long-term adoption and customer value realization.
  • Comfortable operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments involving Sales, Operations, and Enablement teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and experience leveraging data for operational insights and forecasting.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams and partner organizations.
  • Self-motivated, execution-focused, and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $92,000 to $100,000 annually
  • Potential eligibility for bonus or variable compensation programs
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling SaaS organization
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven company culture
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and modern cloud ecosystems
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment focused on professional development
  • Opportunity to work with globally recognized communication and cloud platforms
  • Recognition-focused culture that values learning, teamwork, and authenticity.
