Job Description
Position Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of state program(s) to ensure efficient processes, compliant programs, strong execution, high-level customer service, and measurable outcomes. Develop a team and reinforce a culture that supports CTF goals and vision. Work collaboratively with the CTF leadership team and ACSI departments to further CTF efforts.
This is a remote position performed from a home office anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000; based on work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor state regulatory requirements and update CTF leadership and the state operations team on requirements
- Prepare and file timely and accurate reporting required by state and federal compliance and regulatory requirements
- Develop efficient workflows for financial contributors, scholarship applicants, and school partners for state programs
- Ensure accurate entries into the CTF database and insightful reporting from the CRM
- Hire, train, develop, and support a high-performing CTF state operations team
- Establish KPIs to manage, monitor, and improve operational performance
- Represent CTF at ACSI events, school meetings, industry conferences, and state/federal regulatory events, as needed
- Work closely with the ACSI accounting team to process cash inflows and outflows, assist with audit needs, and file state and federal reporting
- Develop CTF growth opportunities in existing state programs and expansion into new state programs
- Support special projects and initiatives
- All other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
Spiritually the ideal candidate shall possess characteristics that reflect

Required Experience and Education
- 3 or more years of relevant experience managing programs and teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate well with all levels of ACSI and CTF management, staff, schools, contributors, and third parties
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task effectively
- High level of attention to detail and ability to deliver positive outcomes
- Strong self-motivation and ability to be productive in a remote work environment
- Desire to examine business processes and outputs for constant improvement and efficiencies
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Professional remote work environment in which to conduct videoconferences and phone calls
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% by plane or automobile
- Driver’s License required to be kept current and in effect as a condition of employment
- Employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear
- Essential duties require the use of computers to process information
- The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read at close range and distinguish colors and contrasts
- The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
