About the role
We are looking for a permanent, part-time (25 hours per week across Monday - Friday) Administration Assistant to join our team at ARL, in our brand-new laboratory in Rolleston. ARL provides soil, plant, feed and fertiliser testing for customers all over the country.
What you'll do
As an experienced administrator you will be part of a small customer services team, helping manage day to day customer enquiries and ensuring information flows smoothly between customers and the lab. Along with the rest of the team, you’ll ensure a quick turnaround time for our customers’ samples while driving quality and looking to continuously improve the way we do things.
About you
Ultimately you will work well in a team environment and bring high levels of attention to detail. At ARL we drive for continuous improvement and this comes from the diverse background and different perspectives brought by each member of the team.
Ideal skills & experience
- 1-2 years administration or customer service experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft programmes
- Minimum of NCEA Level 3
- Good level of oral and written skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
