About The Role

As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. This is a seasonal, entry-level position suitable for individuals with prior housekeeping experience who are eager to learn and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will ensure that all assigned areas are well-presented, properly stocked, and ready for use in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards and checklists
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and wipe surfaces to maintain cleanliness and appearance
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and other room amenities
• Empty trash, recycling, and other waste containers, and dispose of waste following company guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow all cleaning schedules, room assignment sheets, and priority tasks provided by the department
• Use and store cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and correctly according to training
• Ensure carts, closets, and storage areas are kept neat, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment as required
• Support special cleaning projects and seasonal deep-cleaning tasks as directed by housekeeping leadership
• Interact with guests and team members in a polite, professional, and helpful manner
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and departmental standards for quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to a moderate weight for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to adhere to a seasonal work schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Willingness to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and standardized cleaning procedures
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cooperatively as part of a team
• Professional and respectful attitude when interacting with guests and coworkers
• Legal authorization to work in the relevant location for the duration of the seasonal employment
