This role sits at the core of commercial strategy and performance management, owning how the organization forecasts, interprets, and acts on its revenue and pipeline data. You will be responsible for building a high-confidence forecasting ecosystem that connects orders, revenue, and commercial execution across global teams. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Commercial Excellence leadership, you will transform complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making at the highest level. The position goes beyond reporting, shaping how the business anticipates performance, manages risk, and identifies growth opportunities. You will design predictive models, improve forecasting accuracy, and enable leadership with actionable insights that directly influence strategy and outcomes. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that blends analytics, storytelling, and commercial impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and continuously improve global forecasting processes across orders, revenue, and commercial performance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Develop and standardize forecasting frameworks across regions and business units, aligning outputs with financial planning and growth objectives.
  • Build and enhance predictive forecasting models using pipeline data, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.
  • Implement scenario planning and risk-adjusted forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business resilience.
  • Deliver executive-level commercial insights, translating performance data into clear narratives, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor funnel health, pipeline quality, velocity, and coverage to identify risks and optimize conversion performance.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance leaders to support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive alignment strategies.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools in collaboration with BI and data teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and automation across forecasting systems and reporting infrastructure.
Requirements:

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, or revenue operations. A strong track record of influencing or owning forecasting processes in complex commercial environments is essential. Candidates should bring advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.

  • Strong experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, or revenue operations within a complex organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Experience building or supporting predictive models, statistical forecasting, or scenario-based analysis.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into executive-level storytelling and recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience improving funnel performance, pipeline management, and revenue predictability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, BI platforms, and forecasting tools.
  • MBA or experience in life sciences, healthcare, or B2B environments is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: $115,000 – $145,000
  • Annual bonus and incentive compensation eligibility
  • Fully remote work flexibility (for eligible roles)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellness coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Inclusive and flexible work environment supporting work-life balance
  • Access to performance-driven, data-centric career growth opportunities
