Certified Nursing Assistant 2nd and 3rd shift available in York, Pennsylvania at York County Cerebral Palsy Home, Inc

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patients' condition, including neurological and muscular status
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times

Supplemental pay types:

*Sign On Bonus ($5,000 to $7,500)

*Differential pay*

Shifts:

2nd Shift : 3:00pm-11:00pm

3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required
• Experience with Mechanical Lifts or a willingness to learn how to use
• Prior experience working with neuromuscular patients preferred
• Knowledge of neuromuscular disorders and related care techniques preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain patient safety
